Free template for a witches hat card

I have new Halloween stamps in store – the release went live yesterday – the set is called Haunted Halloween and I thought the ornate circular stamp looked a bit like a buckle. Ideal for a buckle on a witches hat. I had some lovely burnt orange velvet ribbon and went for it. Quite chuffed with how it turned out. I made a free template for the card, complete with instructions. Here’s the inside:
